本公司成立於2000年，專業於工業動力系統整合，成立之初為西門子臺灣地區AC感應馬達惟一正式授權代理商.為服務於廣大客户需求，開發鋼片式聯軸器，彈性惰輪，馬達相關零組件及動力系統控制箱.並於2003年德國西門子受訓，授權組裝變頻專用馬達，並於同年榮獲西門子臺灣地區年銷售季軍，且於2004年成立西門子馬達維修中心，2005年西門子臺灣再授權銷售代理變頻器. 而由於品質上的穩定，在鋼片式聯軸器已達年銷售2萬多組，彈性惰輪已累計達銷售10萬多組.，2007年榮獲臺灣西門子頒發成長銷售獎.
